Andrew Howard FCCT DFIFIP is a passionate and award-winning educational leader, disruptive innovator, and advocate for truly inclusive, trauma-informed education. With over two decades of hands-on experience in senior leadership roles across the UK and internationally, Andrew specialises in transforming schools and organisations into safe, supportive environments where every child and adult can thrive.

As a Distinguished Fellow of the International Forum of Inclusion Practitioners (DFIFIP) and Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT), Andrew brings proven expertise in:

- SEMH leadership and school turnarounds → achieving 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings in challenging settings.

- Trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches → including Level 5 & post graduate qualifications in Trauma and Mental Health.

- Curriculum and pedagogical innovation → with a focus on emotional wellbeing, technology integration, and holistic development (pioneering Microsoft Global Showcase Schools and advising on international curricula, including in the US).

- Leadership coaching and professional development → mentoring headteachers, executives, and teams worldwide.

Andrew currently serves as Executive Headteacher at New Bridge Multi Academy Trust, overseeing SEMH provisions for over 350 young people, while continuing to deliver high-impact consultancy through GIEC. His thought leadership includes TEDx speaking, global conference presentations (UK, China, Kazakhstan and Russia), and contributions to publications on mental health and inclusion.

Through Global Inclusion Education Consultancy, Andrew provides bespoke, evidence-based support to schools, multi-academy trusts, governments, international organisations, and families – from diagnostic reviews and policy development to training workshops, crisis interventions, and personalised family advocacy.
